Although SAP has tax procedures for all major nations, there may be situations in which you need to create or modify your own. Since SAP patches update the default tax procedures, it is not a good idea to alter them.

If you start the transaction by typing OBYZ, then you will get following pre-selection screen.

We will start with Access Sequences. Check Accesses.
